Gents, as Paul Dunlop mentioned the other night in a short while he will be undertaking a fair old run in aid of the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital.

Due to technical problems his end, he has asked me to post the following message:

I am running 17 miles for the royal Brompton and Harefield hospital. I would like your support as much as possible, I need to raise £250. the run willl take place on 16th Sept 2010. so any donations that you can make would be much appreciated. Please follow the link below to sponsor me and thank you for all your support.

Lets all rally behind Paul and help him reach his target for a very worthwhile cause.

56 views and only three folk have put their hands in their pockets so far.

Come on boys, even a couple of quid helps!

Right you tight git’s, Paul Dunlop is going to run 17 miles for charity. Start digging deep and lets back our mate and a very good cause.

A couple of quid will do, I will be having a whip round for him tomorrow after the game. So have a dig around the back of the sofa, empty your piggy banks and bring down your spare change.

Any amount, big or small will be welcomed.

Cheers Rick.

If I’d have known how easy it was I would never have given him that much…
