Gents,

We have been invited to help open a new ‘High and Mighty’ clothes shop in Watford High Street next Friday. A select few six footers will be appearing in kit for press photos, however if anyone is free it would be a perfect opportunity to give out some flyers to the big chaps who will undoubtedly be in attendance. The opening is at half ten in the morning, shop number 99. It would be good to push on fromt eh recruitment drive the other week and snare a few more players. We should also hopefully get a mention in the local rag, High and Mighty forwarded me the press release they will be issuing. Yes, the quote sucks.

WATFORD GETS HIGHER AND MIGHTIER

What: Watford Rugby Club to reveal the new High and Mighty store along with staff and store manager, David Wade.

When: Friday, 29 August, 10.30am

Where: High and Mighty, 99 High Street, Watford, WD17 2DQ

High and Mighty the retailer for big and tall men is coming to Watford. Players from Watford Rugby Club will help to officially open the new store on Friday, 29 July.

This is great news for Watford shoppers who are looking for larger sizes of fashionable menswear.

With high street brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren and Ben Sherman, there is a wide variety of styles to suit every need. As well as casual and formal clothing, the store will also offer a made to measure service for suits.

High and Mighty is renowned for its great customer service and meeting their customer’s needs. The Watford store will provide a multi channel shopping offer with internet terminals available in store for customers to browse and order any items that aren’t in stock, available in the right size or for clearance products that can only be found online. Any items ordered will be delivered free of charge the next day.

David Wade, Store Manager said:  “We’re delighted to be opening a new High and Mighty store here in Watford. The store will offer the town’s big and tall shoppers, such as Watford Rugby Club, fashionable menswear in larger sizes which they just can’t find elsewhere on the high street.”

Martin Lee of Watford RFC, who will attend on Friday with fellow 6ft plus players Andrew Lee and Greg Reeve, adds: “Shopping for clothes normally consists of buying items that fit rather than anything stylish or comfortable. High and Mighty coming to Watford is great for us bigger men who don’t want to compromise on style or comfort.”

Watford RFC is currently recruiting for its senior and junior sections. Contact Martin Lee, Director of Rugby, on 07787 805262 for details.

Martin it seems you’ve been looking for a store like this for a long time…  I’m glad you are now at peace and can wear clothes without having ‘to compromise on style or comfort’.
