There will be no alcohol served either before or during the AGM this Friday. Can you please make every effort to be there at least 30 minutes before the meeting to read the reports and then to ensure that we start on time which is 7.30 p.m.?

I would like the meeting to run as smooth and quick as possible without breaks so that we can have a few beers after and socialise. Please encourage as many members as possible to attend this important event.

Naturally George and the County Sevens team will not be allowed any beer as they will be in training.
