I have updated the points scorer table and the league table. Only real surprise from the weekend was Pinner beating Wasps, and Hackney managing to score 12 points against Sarries, the most they have conceeded so far this season!!!! Still they did manage to score 93 points themselves Roll Eyes Cool

I read up on the sarries site and they have a nice setup down there at Bramley Road... Own Gym and specialist coaches for each area etc!!! Quit impressive

Yep, they have a nice setup and lots of ex-sarries players do the coaching.
Richard Hill turns up to watch the games...
You could almost say it was some sort of development side?
But who cares let come on down to Radlett Road on wet January afternoon.

I liked Cuffley they were a bit old school with a tough pack. But we made hard work of it and the ref made some interesting decisions  Angry Huh Shocked. But we got better once he sent Mandy off  Wink. I think Cuffley will give Sarries an interesting game up front.

Mitch, i am feeling the love man, feeling the love Shocked Kiss Kiss

Apparently the professional outfit of Saracens are funding the Amatuers for 3 years and then they are reassessing. Seems that they have coaches for each element of the game and the players get marked for each game. As Mitch said, seems like a feeder system of some sort. Mitch, did you get an ear bashing?? Grin

Come on then Mandy... what did you do...

I expect they are investing in getting a team higher up in the leagues... Once there they can put their youth / development players into that side... As opposed to putting them out with OA's top sides...

But it is also a way of keeping the bramley road pitches and buildings in their grasp!!! I expect it would be worth a lot if it were to be developed on!!!
