hey there chaps, good to see your in near the top this season I'm sure its well diserved, anyway I hope everyone is well and fit and injury free, looking forward to getting back there and playing rugby with real men instead of namby panby kiwi boys, they are so gay
and looking forward to seeing the ab's lose this weekend ( please tell me they are gonna lose). so its touch rugby season here now so trying to keep fit but the food is always so tempting
