Guys

I'm dissappointed.  1st's game called off at 9.15pm Thursday - 1st team players not available.

Lads we and you need to maintain the momentum.

2nd Team's ON - Chris will have contacted all those he wants.

Your getting old before your time.

I remember times when we put out 3 sides on the 23rd December and I for one had seen the delivery of my fist son on the 22nd.

What is the world coming to I thought Rugby Players were real men.

Anyway, hows your groin, strain it at training!!!

Ah the ol glory days, I for one would love to be able to just play rugby, I love the sport!

I work to get in the team, an so do the rest of the squad, this i think is starting to show on the pitch (although I'm not getting complacent we still need to improve lots)

Unfortunetly we all have lives outside of rugby, with these modern times an the culture now to try an do everything.  We all work longer an longer hours, have families, house's, cars, an other commitments that all take up time, an eat away at the precious free time we have.

I am not back slapping us, nor am I saying we can rest on our laurels, just that with myself an I sure alot of the other lads feel the same, we are commited to the club and the game forever being our mistress, but sometimes life gets in the way!  Wink

Christmas time, miseltoe and wine and all that.

It was a GOOD BUT NOT A GREAT game today even though we lost, needed a kicker, oh but Mandy is out christmas shopping, I hope all that walking does get to his groin.

Mandy training nxt Wednesday and the week after that.

The two oldest men on the pitch scored today.  My own try was even better as I took it so well beating Bridgee to the scoop and dive, thanks Gary for setting it up for me.

I hope you all have a Wonderful Christmas an a Happy New Year.

Clubman, what can i say. I am so proud of you being a man's man and playing rugby the day after your son was born. I too wish that i had my priorites in the same order as you. Really makes for some bonding with your new born. Well done.

Although it goes down as a loss, i was still going to use the scores from the game to update the table. Although the result is a loss, i feel it would be unfair to not credit the scores to the players? I think Danny took 3 of the conversions, but from talking to him today it sounded quite comical. I believe that Matt Mullins took one as well!!!!
