Guys, just wondering what the general consensus would be on a super hero 15 rugby team. Mine would be:
1. Incredible Hulk 2. 3. The Thing (fantastic 4) 4.Mr. Fantastic (fantastic 4) 5.Inspector gadget 6.Wolverine 7.Liono (Thundercats) 8.Batman 9.Spiderman 10.Superman 11.Human Torch 12.Dare Devil 13.Captain America 14.Cheetara (Thundercats) 15.Silver Surfer
Team masseuse- Wonder woman!

A good ponder topic young Portway.
I have been pondering your nominations for the "superhero XV" and i wish to add my'tuppenceworth' for the bench.
16 - Fred (from scooby-doo) - Cool head under pressure 17 - Ryan (from the OC) - Not technically a superhero, but is well hard nonetheless 18 - The 64 million dollar man - We could sell him to have a disco at the end of the year 19 - Dr. Dolittle - He can speak to animals, enough said 20 - Ian Butcher - Although currently injured still a complete hero
ps Inspector Gadjet at second row - Selection genius!

If Ryan (from the OC) is in there surely Chuck Norris must be in the starting 15.

On the same sort of topic, this is my (in)famous people from history 15 1) The Lord Buddha 2) Bentio Mussolini (played a good level in the front row in his younger days) 3) Winston Churchill 4) Goliath (as in David and) 5) Robert Pershing Wadlow (world’s tallest man ever at 8 foot 11 inches) 6) Harold Haldrada (last Scandinavian King of England 1066 and all that, good with a big club) 7) Julius Caesar (took the power from the Roman Senate and took over a enlightened despotic rule, great for the back row) Barnes Wallis (Designed the ‘Dam buster’ mine and the 12, 000 pound tallboy bomb. Knows about impact) 9) Alexander the Great (Conquered half of the Middle East by the time he was 23 and also only about 5 foot tall, ideal!) 10) Jesus (Creative, ‘miracle worker’) 11) Jessie Jackson (multiple Olympic medallist, Berlin 1936) 12) Henry the 8th (In his younger days. Ginger, fit and unstoppable!) 13) Phidippides (Ran the 1st marathon in ancient Greece to inform of the victory over the Spartans, then promptly died!) 14) Jack the Ripper (Semi mythical Victorian serial killer, cold and calculating) 15) Baron Manfred Von Richthofen (Highest scoring Great War fighter pilot with 80 allied kills, steady under a high ball, killer instinct)

Going back to the original selection, the No. 2 shirt was left vacant. I would nominate a fast hooker - Wonderwoman.

Mr Bridge
I've seen you kick and scream.
Give Evans a break, his right foot, he can kick but not in the right direction.

Skinny, i think you'd have to consider BraveStar as your full back for your super hero team. Just like our own Pete Jenkins, he has the 'speed of the puma and strength of a bear' and would be a great last line of defence!
