All

I had had another e-mail from Rebecca carey - see below

"Dear Mark,

I hope that you are well.

I was just catching up with you to see how you and the team are getting on with entries for the ladies etc and also to see if you had another date in the diary when you will all be together for Lucy, whom I have included on this mail, to come across for photo's and stories for the Watford Observer.

If you could get back to us at your earliest convenience that would be great.

Many thanks, Rebecca.
"

The lists are up in the club.  I will get back to Rebecca to see if we can get the paper down during the next home game which I believe is 29 April; any objections to me booking the papaer for this date Huh.  Obviously the more we put in the better publicity we will get in the local papers.  Please canvass around and either let me know here or add your names to the list in the club.

Cheers

Cool

Lads, it's getting close to the main event !!!  Sop far there are about 17 names up in the Club; there are various girlies/wives etc registered to do the walk/run/stroll in the park but I have to let her know final numbers asap.  If you have your name up in the club, I have it, otherwise reply here.  We'll be doing a bit of setting up, wrapping up then going back to the club for a few beers and maybe food Huh  It'll help the club publicity bandwagon and may draw some lycra clad birds down after the event !!!

My name is down as a helper.
Can someone tell me where we are going to meet and at what time. Suggest we were some club related clothing?

I'm waiting for the final details from Rebecca carey this week.  However, I am trying to finalise numbers of helpers etc.

If anyone hasn't registered their wives/girlfriend for the event yey you still have time.  To apply, they can either call the hotline number 08705 134314 or go online to www.raceforlife.org"

See you all training and on Sunday morning.

Unfortuantly I am now away this weekend, so won't be able to make it down on Sunday as I had intended, good luck to all runners and helpers.

I have spoken to Rebecca today, I've informed her that there will be approx 15 to help.  Wear some club memrobilia, i.e. tour t-shirt or club shirt.  Not sure if Mikey will be there as 0610 is prime skip diving time prior to the council emptying them after saturday night.

People confirmed so far are:

Me
Mitch
Gav
Andre
George
Pete
Sharpy

Please leave your name on the site or give me a call if you can definately make it.

Should be good day.  Does any body have a spare Watford top I could borrow for the day?  I am assuming that there is no chance for the kit shop to be open at 0600 am on Sunday. Lips Sealed
