If anyone does work near there, could you do me a favour!!! If not, i can try and do it myself...
We got an email from loans.co.uk offerring us a large number of sports water bottles for the senior and junior sides...
I have asked for 150!!! Which is a lot to store at the club, but i do not see a problem with all seniors and juniors taking some home too and bringing them back for match days!!!
All we need to do is let them know when we can collect them... So if someone can that would be great, if not i will try and do it tomorrow. So please let me know if you work near there, and i will call to let them know they are being collected.
*** I also believe they have a vast quantity more of these water bottles, so other sports clubs in the area might want to give them a ring for some too..

If we are going to use the bottles would they be interested in perhaps being a part club sponsor and supplying some form of isotonic powder/liquid to use in the bottles??

getting carried away there mandy!! i think they just made up thousands and thousands of bottles and now want rid of them!!! I will ask when they are there...
However, is this not stepping on the toes of the club sponsor!!! I believe we have been warned of this before!!!

Sorry Neil wasn't aware that we had been warned off of this before. I was just trying to spread the love instead of constantly trying to drain the resources of Mr Wadey. I will get myself in check and not suggest such nonsense again!  |

Personally i think extra sponsors are a good idea, maybe even a sponsor for each team, 1st's and 2nd's... However, i think you need to check the deal with the Wadey's as i was told they are the club sponsor, so that is everything from senior through to juniors and lisa's new girls team...
I guess if this was discussed in the club meetings then we could find out the exact details and take it from there. I still think it would be nice for the 2nd's to have non hand me down kit too!!!

There is some possibility of sponsership from Druids pub for 2nd team kit, it is being investigated.
