From what I saw they slowed your ball up by falling over in the rucks and the ref didn't punish them otherwise it would have been different game.

To be honest, they were bad, and we were worse! although it was our first game!!!
Two very very soft tries...
And lets say lots of ill discipline from both sides ruining what would have been a good even game. With a bit of support and tighter defense (and some luck) we could have easily run in a few tries... Shame the ref had to stop the match early because of idiots too really!!!

A very good win lads. Stevenage were not an easy side to beat and you should all be proud of the way you stuck at it and some great defence to see the game out.

Firstly, I would like to thank the 1st team players that helped us fulfil this fixture, also special priase to George who had an exceptional game at hooker and was only overshadowed by Sailor whos tackling and work rate got my vote of man of the match.
Secondly, If we are to have match photos can we please have them as that, if we are to have joke pictures put them in a file marked joke pictures, I feel aggrieved that the way we are portraying the second team is as a Joke, as we need a second team to keep the club afloat as well as bringing on youngsters welcoming new players and keeping old boys intrest still alive in watford I do not consider the team a joke.
Thirdly, Trev the points work out 5pts for a win,4pts for a draw,loss 3pts, forfeited game 0pts and opposition given 25 - 0 victory...................

Let no give the game away!! who played etc. There are strict rules about who can play in 2nd team merit games - only fringe playersfrom higher sides.
Lets hope no one from Stevenage can view our banter!!!
By the way wot was the score 24 - 17 or 21- 17 as Stevenage reported a 21 17 score line.
Let be up for it this coming weekend - let's get a 2nd team together.
