Front Row Limbo Dancing


Two players hold a pole (you could use a corner flag

post) at hip height. Two other players bind in the one-

on-one scrummage position and then walk backwards

and forwards under the pole without touching it. Lower

the pole depending on their success.


Front Row Limbo Dancing is a drill that helps your

front row players understand the different heights for

engagement. It is a great drill to use as a set piece drill

warm up.

For a man who's just survived anorexia it maybe a little too much. I would suggest huxley although you may need 2 pylons and a lot of rope......
