Last year we all seemed up for rugby we had fire in our belly's we were brutal and we trained hard and consequently we won promotion. whats happened this year do we think that this is enough, we dont need to try harder and train. maybe some of you think that because we have come up a league you are not good enough anymore, its sad really because even though we have lost a couple of matches i still believe we are one of if not the best side in this league we just cant be bothered. we need to sort ourselves out and that means training together, socialising together talking to each other if we are not happy with training or the way we are playing, in short we need to become a team again and not a bunch of half hearteds jogging around a park whenever we feel like it. lets get together at training and sort things out we need to be a team again.
A good point OS. I do not think it is through a lack of effort in the games or in training that we have lost a couple of games. I do believe it is through a slight lack of cohesion and by a lack of communication. This Tuesday's training being a prime example.
We have a choice as to how we communicate basic ideas, both Rugby and socially orientated.
We are using this forum, the website, too much for Rugby information, slagging matches and not enough for social.
It is far too easy to make a comment on here, and possibly remain anonymous! without creating the desired impact or too easily taken the wrong way. We must revert to the old fashioned system of talking to each other. This should be done at training!
