Tuesday 19th December - Training as per normal Thursday 21st December - Training in the club with a beer - talking about training (all must attend!!) Tuesday 26th December - Ummmmm, alright no training Thursday 28th December - No training Tuesday 2nd January - Training as per normal and back to normal twice a week
Lads we all want you to enjoy your Xmas, but please could you try to make an effort to do 'some' exercise over the period if it's only getting to the gym once ot twice, going for a jog or a long walk...We really need to hit the ground running in January.
