TOUR UPDATE 4For numerous players that have families that want to see them embarrass themselves, the match is now being played at Penclawdd RFC (The Parc, Penclawdd), about 10 mins from Gowerton as their pitch has been turned into a cricket pitch by the council !!!! The following are still outstanding to pay with 4 days to go. If anyone can get in contact with them please do so and ask them to call me: 3. Dave Ainsley - £110, paying on morning of tour 5. Mark Hicks - £110 14. Simon Maney - £50 18. Danny Hassett - £120 21. Jamie Smith - last minute tourist paying on day 26. John Barton - £150 31. Chris Thompson - £130 There are still a few places left for anyone who knows of a potential tourist !!! Speak to me asap... I'm also looking for drivers; currently we have Colin Bevan driving one of the minibusses both ways and Trev/Sharpy has volunteered to drive down, I definately need someone to drive the other minibus back . We wll be meeting at the Club at 0930 on Friday morning, you will be given your tour kit et and you will be expected to have the items outlined in Tour Update 3. Thank god im not No8 - mental note to self... if you ever organise a rugby tour make sure you have a small fortune to pay for it in advance  Anyways.... im struggling to find some doctor stuff.... anyone got any tips of where I can go to make myself look vaugely like a doctor? |

If you are an Even number you dress as a doctor, if you are an odd number You dress as a nurse as in the female variety.. No exceptions happy shopping.
And remember you don't need money to enjoy yourself, just to pay your Fines X

TOUR UPDATE 5As of today we have 25 confirmed tourists with 7 no shows in various stages of payment, mostly nil !!! However, due to some financial wizardry, we will still be going to Swansea with a much diminished beer kitty. Below is the very rough outline Itinerary: Friday 11 May 0900 - Club opens & vehicle Collection 0930 - All tourists meet at club with appropriate fines items and for kit issue 1030 - Depart for Swansea 1500 - Arrive 1501 - Down the local Monastery for a 10 hour session of Brass Rubbing Saturday 0700 - Morning training session on the beach followed by a tactics chat 0900 - Breakfast 1000 - Tour Court, potentially outdoors 1100 - Depart for Game 1430 - KO 1600 - Post Match Festivities 2000 - Pete's birthday celebrations, doctors and nurses fancy dress night 2030 - Early night Sunday 0700 - Run to church and attend Church of Wales early morning mass 0900 - Breakfast 1000 - Tour Court 1100 - Beach Rugby Tournament (weather permitting) TBD Monday 0900 - Breakfast 1000 - Tour Court 1100 - Checkout, go and buy holiday gifts for loving family members abandoned for the weekend 1200 - Depart for Watford 1600/1700 - Arrive Club, return vehicles !! If there are any questions or proposed changes to the itinerary, you will be fined and then sentenced heavily by the Tour Judge. At least one driver is still required. The second vehicle will now be a 7 seater to save money.....volunteers to me asap Tour Update 6 will be published Thursday, beware and be vigilant !!!! See you all Friday |
