Really good session tonight lads.
Even though there were only 6 of us we had a really productive session.
Ricky, Wilson, Jamie, Stef, Perry and Me!!!!
Good work & effort from all envolved.
Lets build on this on thursday.

Thanks Jamie, and thanks to the guys that turned up and put effort in.

Again it is the usual suspects. At the game v. Fullers you were all asked if you were coming training, all but three of you said yes, leaving 20, and yet we still have not seen at least 10 of you in three sessions!

I know it's been a long season, but now is the time to pull it together and make the effort.

Lets add to numbers this Thursday please guys and get ready for two bug games Saturday!

The only way for us to make the last few games worthwhile is to get training and start learning from each other and enjoy our training.

Lets get bodies training and work on some aspects for the up coming 2NDXV cup games.

Gents,
Lets get a good number out tomorrow nught for training.  Lets see if we can end the season on a high and set a foundation for next year whaen we can take everyone by storm.  We've got the basis of a good team / squad of players @ WRFC but we need to put a bit of work in together so we can learn from each other and develop as a squad of players and not leave anything to chance.

Let work hard together.

Following on from Clubmans message about the cancellation of the 2ndxv game on sat.  Why are we not available this week for a 2ndxv game?Huh
We should be and we should be putting out 2 teams!!!!
Thanks for those who turn up tonight and for having a little run around.
But it's not good enough we should all be turning up or leaving a message explaining why not!!!!  It seem to me that there's not enough passion and the right attuide amoung a lot of players at the moment.  Rugby is all about passion and attuide both on and off the field.
WE ALL NEED TO PULL OUR FINGERS OUT OF OUR ARSE AND SORT THINGS!!!!  THIS IS WHY WE ARE LOSING MORE THAN WE ARE WINNING PEOPLE DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT ATTUIDE WE ARE FULL OF APATHY!!!!  WE ALL NEED TO MAKE THE EFFORT AND NOT LEAVE THINGS DOWN TO A FEW PEOPLE!!!!  GET TO TRAINING AND PUT IN THE HARD WORK & EFFORT.  ATTUIDE PEOPLE ATTUIDE!!!!

Listen to what the young man says lads. Either we all make an effort or we will find ourselves in an intoralable and unsustainable situation before we even start preseason or finish this one!

Gentlemen

What happened to Thursday Training! There were no seniors training on Thursday night.

You all turn up on Tuesday when Tuesday night training has been canceled a few weeks ago Peter left messages on web site.

I know it's near the season's end but at least the die hards should be there.

Gents it's all about communication!!!  Wilson, Ricky, Greg, Nelly & Me!!!  That's who was training!!!  I know people have got lives outside rugby & I know that like most of us, but a message, a phone call, a text....... It's not hard to let people know that you're not gonna be around. Things need to be right for next season.  We need to finish this one correctly, as Clubman has said, then we can think about planning for next year, which doesn't happen by mistake.  Plans are already happening for next year in some quarters!!!  So let show some attitude & passion people........
LET'S GET IT RIGHT........

Good effort yesterday gents.

First 10/15 mins I think we keep to the game plan & worked through some phases well.
We all need to up our work rate and work on our fintess.
This will be a basis from which to push on.
Cheers Guys
