**END OF SEASON DINNER DANCE** Now Buffetoke

As promised, here are all the details I coud get from tonights commitee meeting: the event is being organised by Laura Sharpe and will be roughly the same format as klast year with a marquee outside the main clubhouse; catering TBD.

The 2006/07 End Of Season Dinner Dance will be held in the Club on Saturday 9 June 2007.  Start time - 7.30 PM for an 8.00PM Dinner.
Dress - Formal; Black Tie or Blazer and eqivalent for ladies.
Cost - £30, payment to Laura Sharpe no later than 25 May.
Names to Laura asap.
The event is being attended by Dorothy Thornhill, the Mayo of Watford and our main sponsor Andrew Wadey.

Thats it for the minute but I'm assuming that nominations for end of season awards etc will e forthcoming from the relevant team Captains, committee members etc

Mr & Mrs Sharpe are sorting this. Matt is opening the club on Sunday for the Heineken Cup Final and has stated that he will be collecting money from then onwards. Best thing i can suggest is to contact Mr & Mrs S directly. Cool
