2nd Team Merit Table 5 2007/08 season

Gentlefolk and 2nd team players alike, I have just been notified that we remain in Merit Table 5 but that this year a re-organisation of the tables has meant an increase in the number of teams in each table.  We are one of 12, the others are:- Finchley 3rds, Old Ashmolean 3rds, OMT 2nds, Welwyn 5ths, Hitchin 4ths, Datchworth 4ths, Fullerians 4ths, Ruislip 3rds, Borehamwood 2nds, Chesham 2nds, Chess Vally 2nds.  That means that we have 22 Merit table fixtures,  these start on 15th September and run unbroken until 15th December, two week break, then 5th Jan to 26 Jan, 9th & 16th Feb, 1st & 8th March, then a 4 week break until the Merit Table cup from 5th - 26 April.

A long season ahead of us boys and a meaningful game each week just what we need to develop and improver our game and team spirit.

Get down to training now and be prepared for the start of the season.
