Gents - I know that it is still quite early on in the year, but we've got a enthusiastic, new coach who knows his stuff and the least we can do is make an effort, if available, to attend. It's nothing too hard yet and is still only once a week.

I look forward to seeing you all (or at least a good number of you) down tonight.

Mate can't make it tonight. Am working in Staines until 6:30 -- 7:00!??!

Also, sorry to Trev & Sharpey. Are you around over the weekend sat AM or Sunday!??!

Trev, I have yours and Nelly's programs ready when you want me to go through it with you.

Just let me know which days you would like to use the gym and other commitments (likt training thursday) etc.

It will be programmed so that you can do with nelly as partners.
