Training on a Tuesday
« on: June 22, 2007, 07:37:50 AM »

Morning Gents

I know a lot of you have been asking about Tuesday training and if/when it will start again. Carlton can only do Thursdays at the moment so Mr Ainsley has kindly offered to take a fitness session on Tuesdays, starting in two weeks time on Tuesday 3 July. Please register your firm interest here or let me know as I will not be coming down to open up for four lads and waste my and Dave's time. I will also look very unkindly on lads who decide that Tuesday is their 'main' or 'only' session of the week. Thursday's with Carlton are of most importance, if lads start using it as an excuse not to hit Thursday's it will stop also.

So who's up for it then?

Ta

For info
Dave and Yvonne James are now opening the bar every Thursday night, so those of you too old to train a beer is a good alternative

i got them at real sports but i think i know why they split. mine are washed at least once a week so it must have been that and not the fact that i might be a bit anti-anorexic!

Ive been waiting for a delivery of new boots and they seem to be walking to me from scotland so I dont have any for training tonight.  Is there any chance ne1 has some half decent boots for tonight to lend a man like me?

EDIT to say im size 9

Ps... im sure the green fungal thing on my feet is just a harmless skin discolouration so nothing to worry about

Hey guys. yeah if you can make training, it makes it better for everyone.
it's a good laugh, you can make yourself a bit trimer round the love keg, and most importantly you can see me and my amazing 'chip and chase'.

THE "CHIP 'N' CHASE". COMING TO A RUGBY PITCH NEAR YOU SOON.
