The YOUNG GUNS did us proud.
52 - 00
Solid attacking defence , great lines of running, commitment and understranding.
Two highlights.
No.8 Martin Lee - Breaks from 10 mtr line through to Chesham 22, takes tackle but off loads to supporting Runner N0, 4 Andrew Lee who takes it on but is tackled after 5 mtrs but off loads it to Prop No. 3 Peter Nelson who galoops through to score.
Last quarter, Martin Lee receives ball Mid way between 10 and 22 lines, can't be bothered to run, places a delicate kick diagonally into left had corner for Ralph to steam onto and score his second.
All in all every one played with on fear, positively and with purpose, god help the firsts!!! Man of the Match for me - Sailor at 10 as is distribution was spot-on and brought the speedy backs into the game.

Guys,
I have to say that it was a pleasure watching the game on Saturday, (although frustrating not playing!)
As said many times, the support play was excellent, the lines of running were superb and the off loading excellent. I can only assume that all of you wish to play for the firsts this year, and that the missing first team players will be happy playing two's.
Build on this, do not let it slip, get to training and utilise our coach, who will certainly add to our ability.
The strength in depth is very, very apparent and a few of you who have been hiding in the wings (not literally) can now show your talent.
Don't get carried away though, the majority of ball won on the floor was won by Mr Bridge and Dennis when he came on. This is where we can improve.
See you Thursday at training.

Well done boys sounds like a good result!!
Leon, Scott and I are hard at work putting the Boks through their training moves before the world cup!! Will be back by this weekend from South Africa and would all like a game either ones or twos depending where needed!! Let us know Friday!
Cheers!

This Saturday is a Trials game away at OMTs.
The game will be played at OMTs school MOOR PARK and NOT at their usual Croxley Ground.
Contact Peter Nelson for the meet time at our Club
