TRAINING LAST NIGHT

Well done for the 20 that turned up last night. Mr Mealing took the session, and everybody enjoyed it and got something out of it by working hard. He will be with us until further notice, so we need to make sure we keep the numbers up and then increase them to give him something to work with. Things will only improve if we ALL put the effort in and train.

Just to re-itterate guys, Mick Snr is a really High quality coach so lets keep the numbers right up so we can keep him down.

I know I'm late, but I'll get my say in as well (for what it's worth!) Well done to all the lads who turned up last night. A great turnout for the time of year and a really constructive session, no (well not too much) bitching and everyone was showing an improvement by the end of the evening.

Lets keep the numbers up and show Mick Senior what we are capable of. What we put in now till the begining of the season will dictate if this is going to be a year of lost and wasted opportunities or a season where we can achieve.
