Well said Evens. I know we are getting into the holiday season but the more effort we ALL put in at the earliest possible stage the more the club and yourself will benefit in the coming season :!: Does this mean we are going to see you tonight Evens  :?:

Just to follow on with this merry banter. We need to make a continued effort to get good numbers down to Tuesday training sessions. With preseason starting next week we really need to show our current coach that we are serious about getting fit and organised for the new season. So we need:

Good numbers - (if you have a genuine reason for not being able to make it training you know, if you are making up a reason, remember that you are hurting both your and the club's preparation for the new season)

Attitude - Listen to the coach, if you do not understand asking him. DO NOT BITCH at him or your team mates. Put 110% and you will benefit

Have fun - It's still summer, and lets be honest, we all play rugby for the fun and friendship. have fun (sensibly) and the good rugby will come...

Sailor pre-season is about getting fit NOT stuffing your face with pizza/chichen wings/garlic bread.
