Well Jamie,

This is a tough one as picking just 5 songs is very difficult but here's my attempt, in no particular order..

At 1.. Mr Brightside - The Killers : Makes me want to sing loudly and badly..

at 2.. Let's Get It On - Marvin Gaye : Makes me want to mate (probably loudly and badly..)

at 3.. Groove Is in The Heart - Deee Lite : Makes me want to throw somes moves

at 4.. Oh Yeah - The Subways : Makes me want to snowboard..

and finally at 5..  Artic Monkeys - I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor : Its like they wrote that song about me...plus it gets me going!

Note: These probably aren't my fav 5..just 5..

P.S I'll be at training tonight!

Right - in an early 90's timewarp (kind of)....

Josh Wink - Higher state of conciousness
Prodigy - Smack my XXXXX up
Rage against the Machine - Bulls on parade
Sensor - No comply
Propellerheads - Drumsbassandrockandroll

All of them get me very angry/worked up or wanting to throw some shapes

Top 5 jogging tracks (yes I do go jogging sometimes!) Grin

1.  Metalicca - Enter Sandman
2.  Galvanize - Chemical Brothers
3.  Crack Addict - Limp Biscuit
4.  Salva Mea - Faithless
5.  Last Resort - Papa Roach

These would last about 20 minutes, by which time I would already be flat on my back trying to prevent myself from having an asthma attack and/or throwing up!

I would also have included most of the Rocky 4 soundtrack had I not feared I would be subjected to abuse by those of you that pretend not to be die hard Rocky fans! Grin

I had a look at my itunes workout tracks the ones I listen to walking to rugby without copying those above RATM (everytime baby), Monkeys and Prodigy.

Duality -Slipknot  very wrong and very nasty
Joker and Thief - Wolfmother
Fight Music for the Fight - Bromheads Jacket
David Watts - The Jam
Aneurysm - Nivarna

If I'm running something a bit electronic, or Mark Ronson Versions.

All tunes, they get me aroused because they're loud!!

Difficult to pick just 5.

O Fortuna - Carl Orff from Carmina Burana - inspiring
Breathe - Prodigy - agressive
The Who - Summertime Blues - up beat
The Jam - Going Underground - great bass
Iron Maiden - The Trooper - inspiring, agressive, up beat, great bass, great lyrics

Not my selection, but maybe could fit to some of our players!

The Boxer - S & G - Could be one of many!
I like to Move It - Madagascar 5 - It's what the backs would like to do
A Little less conversation - Elvis - Again, one of many
Lola - The Kinks - Many players could relate
Drop it (like it's Hot) - Snoop Dogg - again not pointing any fingers

Have fun
