NOTICEAs you are aware, the IRB have given notice that the ELV’s (Experimantal Law Variations) currently being played in the southern hemisphere will be adopted by the RFU and will become effective as from 1st August 2008.
While there has been much good publicity surrounding these, the RFU will not be issuing details or interpretations until after the National Conference that is taking place on the weekend of 28th June.
As a Society we will be briefed by David Rose, who is a Premiership Referee and also Rugby Referee Development Officer – Midlands, on
Wednesday 2nd July at the Herts. University Sports Village, Hatfield starting at 7.30pm.We would be delighted to welcome anyone from your club who is coaching/captaining adult rugby.
Details will be circulated shortly to CCC’s regarding a separate meeting to cover under 19 law variations.
