First of all apologies all round for missing the dinner and dance evening, I could not make it because I was out training for next season!!! I don’t know if any one saw me running up the steps of the town hall.  Seriously, I was very surprised and overjoyed to hear I had won these awards. I would like to thank every captain, coach, player and supporter at Watford rfc that gave me the drive to keep coming back to the club week after week. I am extremely grateful for all your advice and encouragement over the last season and the fact I was even considered for an award is down to all of you. I now look forward to being part of this coming season -Watford RFCs senior 1st & 2nd teams getting promoted -2nd team beating Ruislip to win the merit cup final… …And being part of the team that beats the colts by at least 30 points to finish off the season!!! One of the best things I have done was Joining Watford RFC and I am very proud to be a member/player. Many thanks again Rick Flint   |
