Gents please find below an e-mail i have been sent:
Hi Simon,
Lovely to speak to you on the phone just now - many thanks for calling.
As I explained, we are currently filming the second series of a great BBC2 show called The Restaurant.
As part of the show, to challenge the couples who are competing to go into business with Raymond Blanc, we're setting up a special party of 10 guests for each restaurant.
For our restaurant in Northwood (The Cheerful Soul), we're looking for 10 rugby players who will come for a meal on Saturday 28th June!
All the food will be free (maximum one starter, one main, one dessert per person) - you just have to pay for your drinks.
Finally - please do not contact the restaurant itself - please contact me.
If you are interested and fancy getting on TV, please let me know today so i can try and organise it.

Hi Simon,
Thanks for your email. Great that they're happy to come.
I will pass on their details to the location director, and tell them to expect 4 rugby lads (+ 2 other players OR gary's guests).
Would you mind kindly letting them know to arrive for 8pm, at The Cheerful Soul, 28 Green Lane, Northwood, HA6 2QB.
It would be great if you could ask them to where their (clean, obviously!) rugby shirts, and come with A BIG APPETITE!
And as mentioned before, all 6 guests will get free food (maximum one starter, one main, one dessert per person) - they just have to pay for your drinks.
Finally - I'm actually putting together a separate group of 4 (to make up 10 guests), so please don't go over a table of 6.
If you need access to club shirts please contact Jamie "Tracksuit" Traxon to arrange.
Enjoy the food and remember you are representing the club!

Hi Guys, was planning to go in white shirt and club tie, but having read the email they want us in rugby shirts, so i think we should do that. just looking into transport at the moment we could all meet at the tudor then get a minibus cab for all over there... for 8pm. they want us there for 8.30 so we can get over there then have a pint next door or the nearest pub? sound OK. i'm gona try and find out about club shirts....
i don't have george or garys mob numbers but here's mine it's 07896668914. Meet time of 7pm in the tudor.

further to this, we were thinking we would wear Craig shirts, as they are the only ones we have on us. We've left it too late to grab first team shirts or anything similar. What shirts do Geprge and Gary have to wear?

Quality night mate!!
Turns out we are the only people in the restaurant not paying, we are the special guests set to challenge the decor of the restaurant!!
Nearly 2 hours to get a starter which led to the quote of the night, Andy Lee, cameras focused, interviewer poised...
'So what did you think of the meal guys?'
Andy ; 'Peas on Toast?!! What the hell was that about?!'
Food was quality and we were told to delay getting there so the cameras could film us walking in. We were like a little Rugby freakshow. All good fun though.
Cheers for the opportunity Simon, a good night was had by all. Drunk and on TV.
