Gents, we are now nearing the start of the season and hopefully you are all raring to go! I can't train this week, i have just come back from the doctors and have severe tonsilitis and mild ear infections, so am having trouble speaking let alone train, although i am sure some of you will be glad to hear i can't speak  . Please make every effort to make both sessions this week and make them worthwhile like last weeks. See you all next week  |

Sorry mate, i'm not gona be able to make training tonight and strong likelyhood that i won't be able to play on saturday...
back is really sore (took me 5minutes to put one sock on this morning)
i'll speak to you soon mandy, let you know what's happening...
